Overview Benefits

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage the entire accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoicing clients, tracking payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner

  • Follow up on outstanding payments via email and phone

  • Monitor customer accounts for delayed or missing payments

  • Record and reconcile incoming payments with accounting software

  • Maintain aging reports and share regular updates with management

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales/Operations) to resolve billing issues

  • Process refunds, credit memos, and write-offs as necessary

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

  • Prepare periodic AR reports and assist in audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes

  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho)

  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Working Hours : 8
