Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, assessing risk management, and helping the organization maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits across departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance mechanisms.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and strategies.

  • Review and verify financial records, reports, and supporting documents.

  • Identify discrepancies, issues, or non-compliance, and recommend improvements or corrective actions.

  • Prepare and present audit reports with findings, insights, and recommendations.

  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.

  • Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits.

  • Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and best practices related to auditing and accounting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • [Optional] CA/CA Inter/ICWA/CIA qualification is a plus.

  • 1–3 years of experience in internal or external auditing.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and audit techniques.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with audit software/tools is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
