Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience with QuickBooks will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Preparation of Sales Order, Purchase Order, Sales Invoice etc.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Use accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus) to maintain financial data.
• Coordinate with UK sales/Admin team and external auditors (as needed).
