Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience with QuickBooks will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Preparation of Sales Order, Purchase Order, Sales Invoice etc.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Use accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus) to maintain financial data.
- Coordinate with UK sales/Admin team and external auditors (as needed).
- Working Hours : 8
