Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software, particularly Tally Prime, and will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain general ledger entries in Tally Prime with accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

• Record, classify, and reconcile all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other journal entries.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of all cash and bank transactions.

• Monitor, maintain, and reconcile petty cash accounts and track office-related expenditures.

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience as an Accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime is a must.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting software.
• Knowledge of tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
