Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & ERP Operations

• Record and maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions.

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable effectively.

2. GST Compliance & Return Filing

• Manage GST compliance including return filing, reconciliation, and record maintenance.

• Handle Import & Export (IMS) transactions and prepare relevant GST documentation.

• Monitor changes in GST laws and update processes in line with revised provisions.

3. Income Tax & TDS Compliance

• Ensure compliance with income tax laws, TDS rules, and related statutory requirements.

• File TDS returns and assist in income tax return preparation

4. Banking & Reconciliation

• Prepare bank and credit card reconciliation statements on a periodic basis.

• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely settlement of transactions.

• Coordinate with banks for payments, queries, and account-related activities.

5. Labour Law Compliance

• Handle statutory compliance under EPF, ESI, and Professional Tax.

• Maintain employee statutory records and process returns within timelines.

• Ensure adherence to labour regulations and update changes periodically

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Working knowledge of GST, income tax, TDS, and labour law compliance.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software.

• Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
