Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software, particularly Tally Prime, and will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

About the Role:We are looking for a committed and trustworthy Office Accountant to manage the complete internal accounts of a Chartered Accountant firm. The candidate should have a clear understanding of how a CA office functions and will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, billing, collections, and cash flow management — coordinating directly with the Proprietor on all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain full books of accounts (Tally / Zoho Books).

- Record daily transactions and reconcile bank accounts.

- Prepare and follow up on client invoices and staff reimbursements.

- Manage daily cash flow, expense tracking, and payment scheduling.

- Prepare monthly financial summaries for review by the Proprietor.

- Coordinate internally with staff on billing and accounting matters.

Desired Profile:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) preferred.

- 3–5 years’ experience in accounting, ideally in a CA firm.

- Proficient in Tally / Excel and familiar with GST & TDS basics.

- Honest, punctual, and accountable with excellent follow-up skills.
