Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software, particularly Tally Prime, and will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate posting of financial data in Tally Prime.

• Compile, validate, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

• Prepare and submit statutory returns such as GST, TDS, and other tax filings while ensuring full compliance with current regulations.

• Assist in internal and external audit processes, providing necessary schedules and supporting documentation.

• Ensure timely handling of billing, collections, vendor payments, and receipt entries.

• Create and analyze reports through Tally Prime for management insights and decision-making.

• Uphold compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and legal guidelines.

• Contribute to budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Provide comprehensive support to the finance department on various accounting and financial functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, with strong command of core accounting principles.

• Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime and familiarity with other accounting systems.

• Strong understanding of financial reports and overall financial workflow.

• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and relevant tax compliance procedures.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for smooth coordination within the team.
