Accounts Executive

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software, particularly Tally Prime, and will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records in Tally Prime, including day-to-day transactions from diagnostic tests, patient billing, corporate/TPA payments, and vendor expenses.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) specific to medical diagnostics operations.

• Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions, including:

  • Test revenue and collection summaries

  • Accounts payable for reagents, consumables, and equipment vendors

  • Accounts receivable from corporates, hospitals, and TPA partners

  • Payroll and incentives for staff and phlebotomists

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate matching of cash, UPI, card, and online payments from patients and collection centers.

• Monitor and manage petty cash, branch expenses, and consumable purchases, ensuring proper documentation of inventory-related spending.

• Prepare and file statutory returns such as GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and ensure compliance with financial and healthcare regulations.

• Assist with internal and external audits, maintaining records required for compliance with NABL and healthcare standards.

• Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, especially for reagents, lab consumables, maintenance services, logistics, and utilities.

• Generate MIS and financial reports in Tally Prime, including revenue trends, branch-wise performance, cost analysis, and outstanding receivables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 0–1 year of experience in accounting; experience in medical diagnostics, pathology, healthcare, or service industry preferred.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime and basic MS Excel skills.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.

• Good organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple departments and collection centers.
