We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist (Junior) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software, particularly Tally Prime, and will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Required Qualification : Degree in Commerce (B.Com / BBA – Finance) OR candidates who have pursued professional courses such as CA / CMA/ACCA (Direct Route) and discontinued
Job Description:
We are looking for an Entry-Level Accounting Specialist(0 – 2 years of experience) to support day-to-day accounting operations. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build a strong foundation in accounting, reconciliations, and ERP-based bookkeeping.
The position involves supporting senior team members in maintaining accurate books of accounts, reconciliations, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in ERP systems (Zoho Books / Tally)
• Pass journal entries, vouchers, and maintain ledger accuracy
• Assist in bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities
• Assist during month-end closing and MIS preparation
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, bills, and missing documentation
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
• Follow defined accounting processes and internal controls
