We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software, particularly Tally Prime, and will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing accounts and statutory compliances (ESI, PF, etc.)
- Work with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or Vasy
- Support Human Resource management activities
- Maintain stock registers and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Handle general administrative tasks and documentation
- Communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
- Proactively take on additional responsibilities as required
Requirements
- Education: Any Graduation/Post Graduation with accounting knowledge
- (preferred)
- Experience: 1 year in an administrative role preffered
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/Vasy)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 2 years
