Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Finance will support the Finance Manager in managing day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, audits, and cash flow management. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
-
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
-
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
-
Prepare and review reconciliations of bank accounts and other ledgers.
-
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections.
-
Assist with tax filings, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Support the Finance Manager in strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis.

Supervise and guide junior finance staff as required.
Key Skills & Requirements:

CA Inter Inter preferred.
-
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
