Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Financial Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to various domains of accounting, taxation, compliance, and ERP operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in developing a career in finance and accounting, with a commitment to learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & ERP Operations

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in ERP systems.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining books of accounts.
• Support in finalization of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

2. GST Provisions & Return Filing

• Receive comprehensive training on GST compliance procedures.
• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns.
• Gain exposure to Import & Export (IMS) processes.
• Perform GST reconciliation and ensure adherence to revised GST provisions.

3. Income Tax & TDS Compliance

• Learn and apply income tax provisions relevant to business operations.
• Gain practical experience in TDS return preparation and filing.
• Assist in advance tax computation and payment processes.

4. Labour Law Compliances

• Acquire knowledge of EPF, ESI, and Professional Tax regulations.
• Support in preparation and filing of statutory returns related to labour law compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organisational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
